Project Overview

BAR E.C.E. is providing services for Preparation of engineering services and tender documentation for works construction of the Reception Centre for Foreigners and Forensic Laboratory together with the leading partner in the Consortium Società Italiana di Monitoraggio S.p.A. This project is funded by the European Union and the duration is 12 months, until March, 2019. The global objective of the project is the establishment of a new Reception Centre for Foreigners in line with the EU standards and policy for protecting migrant’s rights and the establishment of new premises for the Forensic Department. The specific objective of this project is preparation of Technical documentation including tender dossiers and detailed design for future works contracts, according to PRAG1 procedures for building-up the Reception Center for Foreigners and the Forensic Department, facilitation of the tendering and evaluation process and preparation of responses to technical clarifications if necessary. Also, the assignment envisages preparation of all necessary documentation for obtaining building permit application for the Reception Center for Foreigners and the Forensic Department, required by the national legislation for the Work Contract.
