On the starting day of the school year, ceremony was held in the Goce Delcev School in Prilep to mark the completion of the China’s aid project for the renovation and the opening of the fall semester of the school financed by the Government of People's Republic of China, coordinated by IPPR and implemented by BAR E.C.E.

Mr. Dong Chunfeng, the Chinese Ambassador in Macedonia, Mr. Vasko Naumovski, the deputy prime minister of Macedonia, Mr. Marjan Risteski, the mayor of Prilep and many other guest attended the ceremony. The amount donated by the Government of People’s Republic of China was 4,720,000.00 Chinese Yuan, and BAR E.C.E. was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and Secretariat for European Affairs as an Implementing partner. This project was a Gratuitous Aid project specified by the protocols exchanged between the two governments of the People’s Republic of China and Macedonia on August 6 and 10, 2009 and was also the first complete engineering project of non-material donation nature provided by China to Macedonia in the area of the education.
