BAR E.C.E. is providing services for Technical assistance on preparation of blueprints for the project under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), Component I – Transition Assistance and Institution Building (TAIB) for the works at the road Border Crossing Tabanovce.

The duration of this assignment is 20 months, until the end of August 2016.

The global objective of the project is to contribute to the facilitation of cross border procedures and enforcement of the legislation through the upgrade of the customs clearance and inspection facilities and preparation of relevant technical documents, including Detail Design with Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities for the two roads Border Crossings Tabanovce and Kafasan.

Also, the assignment envisages preparation of all necessary documentation for obtaining building permit for the following Works Contracts:

• Upgrading the customs clearance facilities of the road BC Tabanovce.
